Pcm4 and phone contacts b

Any idea how I store my iPhone contacts into the PCM? I just took a call and only the number showed on the PCM and not the persons name. If I connect his cable using Apple car play the name displays but only connected via Bluetooth it doesn’t. If I look for contacts on the phone option nothing is stored.

Seem to recall it grabs the contact when it's paired.

I presume you have ticked the share contacts option on your phone?

Don’t see an option to do that. My previous 981 just synced all the contacts when I paired the phone.

I had to tick allow contacts on mine🤔

Checking sync contacts option on the phone. Google sorted it out.
