Could have been fitted and then removed. Hard to know for definite. Everything looks brand new to me. Seller said BNIB but I'd have bought it anyway even if it wasn't. My thinking was for push bikes. One of the reasons I have an estate is for push bikes even though I never ride now I used to enjoy push bikes 15 to 20 years ago.
