  1. Straight down the Uxbridge Road to Porsche Torque.

Sid replaced my front condensors all in for £500 and yours "should" be a similar price.

Considered them for mine. Think they look fantastic on a black car but not so sure against silver (which mine is) so haven’t taken the plunge yet

I'm with you on the styling would suit a black Boxster. Mines Meteor grey so may enquire about these

I did NC500 with detours and a trip of Isle of Skye. This was between 8th of April and 16th of April, the weather was amazing. I washed the car 2 times during trip, there are new stone chips I am afraid, but it worth all the trouble. I don't know how many times of refueling but I know how much I paid thanks to high fuel prices.

In total,I did more than 2000miles in a week there is still 986 noise in my head. Front boot for my wife, rear boot was for me and shopping and it was all good for a week trip.We didn't have any issues, no issues with ground clearance or tires. There were couple of squeaks but all of them easily solved by borrowing some tools. Best part was except one day, every day was top down for panoramic view. I logged the OBD data, dash cam, and so many photos.I can share more if anyone interested,I am still checking all data.

would love to see the photos. NC500 still remains a bucket list road trip

Sorry, I can't offer any words of wisdom on this topic.  My car is fine, and rattle-free.  Same with the gear linkage, which is silky smooth in every gear (all 6 of 'em :thumbsup_anim:)

Oh, and I don't go into the Cayman forum very often, because it's not very active over there compared to BoXa.net. Luckily, I am made to feel very welcome on here, and there are no sarcastic comments or bad feelings, even though I dared to get a car with... gasp... a fixed-roof   I'm pretty thick-skinned, so the occasional dig with a pic of a can opener won't upset me too much........

I wouldn't do that to you again!

One of the fixings came off my exhaust heatshield - also thought the rattle was something serious then checked under the car - big big relief 😁 - very easy to hit the panic button, but the more I get to the know the car, the less I panic 😁

Porsche paranoia is a thing 🙂

My 2009 987.2 has same problem.

Thought it might be surface scratches and tried various headlight reviving products, only for it to reappear :0

Anyone recommend aftermarket newer style replacements? Gonna have to bite the bullet..

I'm in the same boat and looking for replacement led rear lights for the gen 2

Stone chip shattered my windscreen today. Replacement scheduled for next Friday as long as I'm willing to make a round trip of 60+ miles. Boring & I have an excess of £100 to pay but better than paying for the whole thing myself.

It will be lovely to have flawless new glass, especially when night driving.

    who is doing the replacement?

    have you insisted on OEM?

please update us with how you get on

  8. set it manually to 26 and blowing down towards feet and out the vents towards my hands/face. It's perfect on a chilly day.

I do wish Porsche had invented the air scarf like Mercedes, but a conventional scarf takes car of that.
