  1. All this talk about seat belts has encouraged me to remove mine and get them packaged ready for sending to JWAutoTrim first thing tomorrow morning.

As others have reported, it only took 25 mins to remove them, nice and easy.

Next to have done is the steering wheel. Looked at replacing it for the round airbag type (existing is the triangle one) but costs are around £800+, once you factor in the airbag.

Have just emailed Royal Steering Wheels for a quote to re trim.  😀

Royal Steering Wheels, they're in Aylesbury and have been used by a few people on the forum before.  I dropped them a mail with what I wanted, they came back with a few suggestions, I picked one, paid a deposit and then 2 weeks later they fitted it.   I went for the "with fitting" option so they provided the donor wheel for re-trimming and after a soggy drive over there they swapped them over in 10 minutes!  Very impressed and will probably get the daily driver done in the New Year.

Great, thanks for the info. Will drop them some details and see what they have to offer.

I've seen the same kind of thing on Ebay by a German company if i remember correctly, but not heard any feedback from people who have used them.

Could i be cheeky and ask what are the options you went for because i want to have the same, only difference is mine is a multi function wheel?
