@Verner, watching with interest.
Are you having a go at painting yourself or being done by a body shop?
-
@Takahashi, photos ?
Would be interested to see how that turned out.

Fitted wheel spacers.
7mm at the front and 15mm at the rear 😀

Replaced the elastic to help the hood sit correctly. Nice easy job after all the fun sorting out the PSM failure.

Brakes bleed without any major dramas. Only had one nipple that had a blocked whole all the others came loose without too much force.
The brake bleed kit makes this job so easy. Original fluid looked clean and only a few small bubbles. Happy now its changed.
Removed side grills and primed ready for spraying tomorrow.

@Menoporsche, oh er matron....
Thanks for the heads up. Nipples will be greased in anticipation.

@chanlon1 thanks!

Yesterday, after the frustration of not being able to complete the replacement of the coffin arms, thought i would clean some wheels and get them ready for use once the suspension revamp has been completed. Need to get the Lobster Claws refurbished and a couple of new tyres at some point.

@Buzzlt 987.1 3.2S 55 plate.
Will wait to see if GSF will take them back, if not will use the for the rears.
Will have a search for your post. Think i have found a pair of the correct ones on Ebay, Spyderperformance. Same guy who i got the tuning forks from.

Started to replace control arms, drop links and tuning forks.
Struggled but managed to get everything off, have come to replace the control arms i purchased from GSF, but they are not the correct ones 🤬
They are Meyle part no 4160500000 on the part and 422PO0010 on the Meyle box. The part where the tuning forks fit is to thin, I will post some pics later.
Problem is i purchased these in December 2019. Emailed GSF to see what they are prepared to do, but not holding out much hope as gone past 30 days return window. Their web site says they are the correct part for my car and year.
Gutted!

@detail1, thanks.
Sorry not replaced, as came with the car.

@Menoporsche, yes i used the connects2 steering wheel control interface. Bit of a pain to get all the wiring etc behind the head unit but works a treat.

@Lonewolfgjp, JW Autotrim via Ebay, item number 274127608562
£76 (£35 each and £6 return postage), good selection of colours too. Took 7 days from posting out to having them returned.
Excellent quality, really pleased with them.

Fitted the newly webbed seat belts.
Passenger side one was a pain as it had 'reverse lock' so wouldn't retract. Luckily a simple fix.
