I know these pipe you refer to aren't listed as drain pipes but could they be just that?-further investigation required??

Maybe from the headlamp trays?

Fitted new Disc's and front brake pads to my new to me 986 S as it was an advisory on the MOT.

Inspecting them revealed the inside disc face had severe surface rust....lack of use no doubt!

Had the normal issue's of siezed caliper allen bolts.

For the newbies on the S the disc's are actually handed....

Insured all drain holes are clear and also that the "gutter edge" on the lower rear lip of the soft top channeled water into the catchment trays either side.

Checked under carpets in both trunk/boot and under passenger seat for moisture.

What size spanner/socket was the head of the bolt?

Did this happen on the 23rd December 2018 going north bound on the M1?
