Blue hood too? Wheels are GT3 lookalikes from a 996.
Didnt spot the blue hood. Mines black. Dont know what my wheels are from exactly, but will post up a pic sometime soon and hopefully someone will tell me.

Looks very similar to mine. Even the wheels are almost the same.

Cheers. Will do.

Last week I replaced the clip on the o/s roof arm to stop it popping off the spigot. Then noticed the square slider pad had snapped off in the runner so changed that too.
Then noticed the balljoint had snapped off the arm on the other side. Got one from Amazon for £15 and fitted it today.
Roof works perfectly now. 🙂
Inevitably, the foam drip tray now had a hole punched in it from where the arm was dangling loose minus its balljoint.
Dont know if its allowed a lot of water ingress into the cabin and fried the control unit under the seat.
Carpet feels dry, but thats no guarantee as far as I know
I stuck some strong tape made from fabric over the hole as a temporary repair, but one more thing added to the "To do" list.

Hope so. 👍

It smells a bit nasty inside mine as I think it hadnt been used much over the last year.
So I decided to drop the roof down to let some fresh air in there.
This was quite a moment for me, as Ive never owned a convertible before in all my 61 years. 😁

I am indeed happy she has had it. Having said that, she is on very strong medication to knock out her immune system, which I believe means the vaccine wont be as effective as it would normally be.
Im expecting a call sometime within the next few weeks, to have it too.
Good health to you and yours too, thanks.

Paired my phone to the Parrot Bluetooth. Moved it to get my knackered Clio DCI past it, so I can start pulling the turbo off it when the rain stops. Got an insurance quote of £160 fully comp, £100 voluntary excess ,sdp&c, protected no claims.
The only advantage to getting old is cheap insurance. 😁
What have YOU done to your 986 today ?

Replaced - cabin fliter, air filter, oil filter and oil.
Next job was to locate the speed sensor but it started raining. Hoping it will dry up later and I can back on it.
