Lonewolfgjp
About 6 weeks ago I fitted some wheel spacers to my 987s, nothing to crazy 7mm fronts and 14mm rear. I bought these on a forum recommendation and they are great but I ve never been to happy using aftermarket wheel bolts. So I decided to order some extended oem ones from the Porsche shop which is in Hartlebury now. I ordered them over the phone as there trade shop is still not open to customers. I explained what I wanted and why. Know problems there as I've bought them before from here and they were great. I explained I needed them for a forum meet and they assured me I would get them in time. That was 2 weeks ago and today they finally arrived, great ready for Sunday ? Not exactly no!! They sent me extension bolts, oem black very nice but they are all the same length and only long enough for the front!? WTF So I phoned 10-15 times this afternoon and do you think I got to speak to anyone? Did I f@ck!!! I wouldn't mind but I fully explained what I needed and he supposedly understood what I wanted and relieved me of £140 over the phone!!!

They have exactly the same head and cup washer as my original oem bolts. The silver aftermarket ones I have seen to have a slightly different looking head even though it's the same size? Both in the pic are Bimecc. Nothing wrong with them, apart from the fact you should be able to get a set of 20 for 50 quid or so.
Lonewolfgjp
Plus the fact I've already got a full set of those already fitted as they came with the spacer set which only cost £140 for the set? I will send them back or they can replace them for oem ones!

Unless you wanted black (just spray the ones you have) then get your money back.
Lonewolfgjp
I m actually not fussed on the colour as I put caps on as I think the bolt heads are ugly. I was just concerned the bimecc ones wouldn't be as strong or safe as the oem ones? That was the only reason I was replacing them ?

markSTI
Used them once and never again. Bought some Spyder door pulls for my gen 1 Boxster 987 S. Took to local specialist to fit and they need the Spyder door cards which they fail to mention. After a few days of trying to get in touch with them, I eventually sent them back by recorded delivery. After a week, still no money reimbursed back to my account. Phoned them up again and they said they did not have the package. I said well that's funny somebody at your cowboy of a company has signed for the parcel. A few hours later money arrives in my account. Item is still on their site with no mention that you need spyder door cards to fit the item. Cowboys!
