alank
Had a slow puncture on the Golf for a while. Decided to take it to my local Kwik Fit this morning, after 30 mins of wheel off, leak fixed and car ready, went to pay and surprise, NO Charge. Loads of Kudos to my local Kwik Fit. Not sure if they fix punctures for free normally. Its a shame the Boxster tyres were a lot more there when I was looking around.
Jason986S
Was it a tyre to rim seal leak or an actual puncture repair? If it was the latter its normally about £15, if just a tyre off and back on with no “hole repair” I dont think they can charge.

CMA
From my experience if they fitted the tyre they reseat them for free, if not they charge £15.
John Thomson
Large tyre companies have "targets".......they are expected to average a certain amount of money from each customer that come through the door. So the lowest sale they can make is a puncture repair..........which brings down the branch average and they get a rollocking from head office for not selling a new tyre instead.
