Jonny A
Has anyone experienced a sort of grumbling, as if the tread is loose, when on full lock? I have 20” wheels on a 718 Boxster, tyres pressures okay and it drives brilliantly. Can’t say I’ve ever had it before on any car. Before I make an idiot of myself at the dealership, thought I’d do that here! ?
Boxob
Google Ackerman effect. I suspect that's what you're noticing.

Greenman
Yes it’s a bit of a concern when you first experience it, it does reduce somewhat in the warmer temps, but 20” and cold temps do provoke it somewhat. It’s because Porsche tunes the suspension for higher speed cornering stability rather than slow speed manoeuvring.
Jonny A
Well it definitely does the high speed thing!
Happy Days
They all do that, sir... But definitely worse in winter when the rubber is cold.
