986_SY
Hi, Looking for some advice here, got caught a cropper yesterday and damaged my front bumper. Managed to T-Cut and Polish all of the marks off except for where I have "dented" the bumper. From the little I have read these seem to be painful (and expensive to repair). Is this repairable or does it require a new assembly? Cheers!
Boxob
Someone with the skill (bodyshop) could probably heat and manipulate the bumper to remove the dent. Carefully done and it probably won't be necessary to repaint (assuming the paint is not already cracked).
fat haggis
It's not that bad . Just forget about it and enjoy driving it mate. ?
Lennym1984
I'm an*l about cars and I'm not even sure I'd bother with that. From the pictures it looks barely noticeable
the baron
Probably cheaper to get a second bumper off eBay and get it repainted rather then faffing around fixing, if it was me I think i would just leave it and drive it and enjoy.
jonogt6
Any decent body shop should be able to sort that out. I'm surprised others are saying don't bother getting it repaired....looks quite distorted and cracked to me. I'd definitely have it sorted. Boxstercol
Front bumper repair / repaint will cost about £200-£250 for a pukka job. Trouble is that once you've had that done, the fresh paint will show up stone chips on bonnet so you'll end up getting that painted as well.... Ask me how I know! ?
