I was told their "gold class" technician replaced one of my active engine mounts under warranty - next to it was a leaking exhaust gasket that had naturally sooted it's surroundings. This should also have been a warranty replacement - not even an advisory and even missed by their video presentation. Within 2 days I was booked into Revolution for a service - my phone rang within an hour of me dropping the car into them ! They noty only replaced the gasket, but upgraded the hardware to stainless.
