PaulQ
Are you looking for performance or looks.? To get the best driving wise from anything more then a 10mm drop, your ideally looking at changing the dampers as well. Saying that, my car used to be on - 30mm H&R springs (I still have them if your interested) running with standard B4/M030 dampers, and it looked and drove really well, just a little bit to crashy/harsh on the potholed roads around here for a daily driver. Lots on here have gone down the - 10 route.

edc
If you need to change the springs and you have an old and/or high miles car you might want to think about changing the dampers too.
