Cheddar Bob
Has anyone made any attempt at bringing the colour back in their roof? Mines a little faded, not that it is noticed roof down
mazza
Like others recommended on here I’ve used the renovo product on a black hood, made quite a difference! As ever prep is key, mask off the rubber seals, window and ideal the surrounding paint work... Give it a proper clean with Autoglym hood cleaner, then let dry and use a hoover for any bits of fluff then just paint on with a 2” soft brush... I've done the autoglym once so that shouldn't be too difficult. Is it worth doing? Did the colour come back like you would expect
mazza
Definitely worth the effort. Should’ve done a before and after photo... it does look like a new hood as they do tend to fade over time.
SuperPaulie
Yeah it worked good for me. Not as blue as I hoped, but still an improvement. Had to scrub it like crazy at first with cleaner and Milton to get it to the "before" condition Before http://imgur.com/a/QBNvUdk After http://imgur.com/a/FduE8nx

MattO89
I used the renovo products and would recommend them. A good way to freshen up the appearance of the car.
RickLS7
Just be aware when using Renovo (especially black), heavy creases & scuffs absorb dye better so are darker than the rest of the roof. Looks better though, just don't expect your roof to look like new.
