andygo
If the car is at axle stand height, I sit on the floor and can give it a lot of welly with my, er welliy. This works even better if the wheel bolts are completely removed.

M12MTR
Quick update; managed to remove the stuck wheel. Centre cap off, some WD40 onto the 3 hub lugs, cracked off wheel bolts (just), rocked car forwards / back a couple of times and hey voilà..... wheel came loose from hub. Wheel fully cleaned - brake dust was pretty stubborn - then ceramic coated. Hub lugs sanded / cleaned - with a little anti seize paste to prevent future issues. Hub and caliper cleaned and waxed also. Just the other 3 to do now.
