Patt
LOL, Without warp drive it only takes me 12 mins to Chessington.I've also passed this on to a work mate as he has just stopped me to ask how I keep my plexi screen so clear as his mates is cloudy. Fingers crossed it's another to the list.I have lots of chips out of the frame above the windows - may have been a cheap cover by previous owner. Are you able to repair, or recommend somewhere and should I get this done before or after new hood?
Car Hood Warehouse
If it's the black trim you are talking about, they are actually part of the frame not the hood. We are currently pricing up these parts for a 987 and they're coming to around £1000+VAT. Porsche parts only I'm afraid.
bacil
I would be interested to get the glass conversion.... but it would be bit difficult to organise as i am in Lux and get back to UK only couple of times a year... is there a chance to organise this for some saturday ? Menoporsche
Our only stipulations are each member must pay a £50.00 deposit to secure the group buy. 2 or more cars must be done on the same day at our Surrey workshop or at the same location if our mobile fitting service* is utilised.AIUI, bacil you could put a deposit down now, hope 2 others can coordinate on the same day (seems reasonable), and then you bowl up to Chessington as and when to get yours fitted.
