pquadro
Car is up for much less than average price, wondering if it has some history.. https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/porsche/boxster-981-12-16/porsche-boxster-spyder-3-8/8627980
Nobbie
Just wondering if the fact it's a manual is the reason for the lower price? Is AC delete a thing on this sort of car? Maybe the spec is a bit limited.

Ringer250
Probably due in part to the highish mileage for a 981 Spyder and that it has comfort seats, no air con. There is mention of this car over on PH. Been for sale for a while. https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=231&t=1763540&i=
Tbkbabab
Pretty sure it’s same car that’s for sale on PCGB by a member, Supercar Sourcing just acting as a broker. https://www.porscheclubgb.com/car-sales/sell-a-porsche/sellers/c0e5b958-1cee-4a20-b1fc-41d304535267/boxster-981-spyder-0-(1)

jimmy p
62k now, seems a reasonable buy at that. Think the lack of air con on the more refined 981 spyder is more impactive on sales compared to no air con on the 987 spyder version which is actually seen as the desired spec by many due to its more basic nature
daz05
The spec is marmite in too many places. More sensible to pay a little extra on this occasion imho.
jimmy p
Depends what your max budget is. If your pushing yourself to get to 60k theres no point in looking at ones 10-15k more.
Boxster7
This Spyder has the strangest spec. Gone for Sat Nav, but no air con, buckets, seat heating, leather dash and doors.... the complete opposite of my spec. But this is the cheapest way to get into a 981 Spyder. They are fantastic cars ! Patt
There is no seat heating, or extended leather be it dash or doors on that Spyder. Seats are Sports plus. I thought sat nag and Bluetooth were standard on the spyder, but I also thought Bose and extended leather were...doesn't sit well with me and I'd be wanting to check the VIN with Porsche for clarification. daz05
Car was bought by an OPC by the look of it, now back up at 75k with 2 yr warranty!
jayk
I was offered this car for 61K, I was so close, but it wouldn't have been the Spyder spec I had wanted with my GTS Spec being much higher. It was a close call though. In the end it went to Ashgood's who then painted the wheels black and sold it on the OPC who now have it at 72K. tracy
No A/C or Heated seats higher mileage than most but used to be reflected in the price l did see it advertised a while back for 63k it couldn't sell them so 72k is way to much. Only my opinion of course.
