I've known a 2005 3.2 being down 15bhp on standard and a 2001 2.7 being up 15bhp on standard. Measured on the same rolling road day, no mods.. Yes, MY07 from September 2006 are 245ps (metric ponies with slightly shorter legs). The 222g is the CO2 rating for the car.
