Not a replacement amp ? @Paul P, the amp remains the same, the new cable connects to it and has the addition of an earth wire and it locates directly to the back of the head unit. AdyG Posted May 22, 2023 Report Share Posted May 22, 2023 Now the system is up and running, I'm really pleased overall. The one remaining niggle I have is that the volume control does not appear to be particularly linear. On a scale of 0 - 30 by the time I'm at 5 it's too loud but 3/4 is too quiet.
