EXY
Surprised no one has mentioned the simplest component to modify,,,,the big nut holding the steering wheel will reap the biggest reduction in lap times PLUS it's transferable between cars. You are welcome

brillomaster
Most mods can be reverted to standard if required... im going to swap back to standard brake pads and exhaust before selling up and upgrading to a 987.
Bunty
Yes that’s a good point, I can’t see myself selling anytime soon to be honest. I just looked at getting some nankang tyres but I don’t think they come in the same size as what’s on there currently… I have 205/50/17 and 255/40/17 Do those sizes sound right ? If not what’s an ideal size on a 2.7 ? thank you all, this is massively helpful!

This all made sense right up to the nonsense about 987 being an upgrade to a Boxster 🤦♂️🤣
Bunty
Is there a go to air filter / induction kit for it or is it just best to stick with the OE one? The car came with a sport’s exhaust which I think is a PSM or something- I have not seen one before !
