Could always raise a dispute if needed.

The previous owner might have changed it for a cheap pattern one As Steve is the most reputable seller possible. Steve has forgotten more about Porsches than I will ever know.

Can you not drill the rivet out of the one you remove and rivet onto the newly acquired part. If no rivets or rivet gun, a small bolt with a nyloc nut? If no rivets or rivet gun, a small bolt with a nyloc nut? I got it sorted in a rough and ready kind of way. A screw! 🤪 Here's some pics of the work... Then disconnected the negative terminal on the battery before disconnecting and removing the airbag. Once I unbolted the motor and moved it down I noticed where the old one failed. It was rusty and perished! Stopper is now an old screw. Edited April 16 by fizz
Fat Rat
Nice bush fix, hope it holds. I thought the rivet held a stop or something. Guess the rivet is the stop. 🤪🤙🏻

One thing i have just noticed though only from looking at the pics of the 2 regulators side by side is that the replacement has a curve in the right hand black metal upright. The old one looks dead straight... i mean its working fine so not complaining but wondering if they are all like that?
