No more than having condensers in front of radiators maybe 🤔

Maybe worth getting other bits done while its apart if needed..tie rods bump stops etc.
-
Yes you can just switch over the buttons.

Small hacksaw to cut a slot in the head.unscew and replace with something else.Yes I'm a bodge artist 😘 worked for me and definitely worth cleaning.

I'm not so keen on the mesh in front of the grills look personally. Also inside was obviously a more budget friendly option .My only concern is whether the dirt that collects between the rads and condensers comes from under the car.
-
I did mine after replacing the condensers as the bumper was off and only cost a few pounds for the mesh from eBay.. some go for zunsport grills.

You could download the meyle app to get the part numbers and Google but Spyder shouldn't be far out on price.

I still haven't checked the oil level since putting half a litre in, because... er... I haven't been out anywhere this week
Exactly..no point going out in the lovely weather when you can't put the roof down.Roll on the winter for you tin top addicts.😎

It's acceptable and in limits, but I run mine at the top of the 4th bar - why wouldn't you?
Why would you?

To be honest, this is more than just a car to me, for reasons I have already explained previously, and I don't need to bore people with again. I would be happy for this to be the last car I own, and I will do everything I can to keep it as close to perfect as I can.
I hope you're looking after yourself as well Davey

If it is plastic/composite impeller, save the money.
Agreed.Just check the size of the pulley compared to what you are replacing because you might need a slightly different size belt .

987.1 Tyres
in 987
Mytyres.co.uk have a good selection.. They're national tyres. I think they're hard to beat tbh but maybe someone else knows better?

Same size spacers front and rear would make things easier when it comes to the bolts ? I have 20mm front and rear on my 987 but obviously my wheels are smaller and I'm not recommending it to anyone else.

Yup on my 987.1.

After more time of ownership it'll be the least of your worries 👍

Don't know if this helps but when I first started driving the boxster I used to stall fairly often but don't at all now.It just takes more time to get used to than most cars.
When restarting turn the key back and give it a second before turning the key forward. If it's taking 15 minutes then I'd go to whoever fitted the new starter tbh.. Also hope you kept the old starter as it may have just had some clutch dust on it so possibly could have just needed a cleanup or just started more often and stopped doing it.Thats just my experience with my own car

Looks like a fun toy..Is that the tickle bit near the handle?"Suits you sir"

Hate to say it that a broken front spring in my case, and teh a leaking shock reported at the service ended in me spending around £1400 on parts alone to refresh all my suspension with absolutely everything being changed except for (ironically) rear springs. It did all the work my self and had to purchase a couple of tools too.
@Liberty TRW steering parts from Autodoc are Porsche OE as TRW are the original supplier. I've just got inner rods and new gaiters from them for my 986.
TRW is also what I got for my car inner and outer have been fitted.. Think they were nearly half the price compared to euro so man maths said that's £50 saved for labour ( if only lol spent it on tools to do it myself that I won't ever use)..As you know, well worth shopping around..I did research about doing it DIY but in the end folded and got it done locally.. Such a wimp.. Well done you though 👍
What have YOU done to your 987 today
