As title, one happy bunny, car is marvellous!

A credit to the previous owners.

Just need to shake it down, little bit of detailing, wheel barrels etc.

Drives like it’s just told off the production line.

Never was a fan of personalised number plates... but found one RS60 MCK, cheap , and done the deal. Shows you can move on with your opinions?

Unfortunately @Boxob is right Mick....

(You can't put a 'younger' registration on a vehicle)

But your plate will be perfect for when you trade up to a Black Edition in a couple of months. ?

Cheers, Baggers.

Just checked the DVLA site and sadly things have not changed since I last looked, a more modern plate cannot be put on a older car.

It affects me as I can't use an ideal plate I've had my eye on for this very reason.

Unless I'm missing something, I don't think you can put a 2010 60 plate on a 2008 car.  Shame as it would be a good match.

Bugger!  That didn’t occur to me... you are correct of course.

Just did a quick search and found this...

“Vehicle Suitability

The registration RS60 MCK can be assigned to a roadworthy car, van, heavy goods vehicle, moped or motorcycle first manufactured on or after 01/09/2010.”

Look on the bright side.

As long as you have an Irish mate with an RS6 and a surname of O’Mck you will be fine to move it on easily... ?

Hey there Vagina

whats it like in the RS60

you've a 1000 names for red

but tonight you've gone with something that smells whiffy

yes, you do

time square can't shine as bright as the womb

I swear, it's true

This seemed fitting to this weekends natter regarding the car. I only actually dislike the seat belts. Other than that you have yourself a really tidy car. I didn't get to hear it but compliments were given to you on the noise.

Get some pictures up!

Taken me ten years to arrive at this point of (wanting) , ownership. Worth it yes, it feels when you drive it you have something a little bit different and special.

Possibly not everybody's cup of tea,(total red interior etc,) but when you drive something that is 10 years old and looks and feels like it rolled off the production line yesterday, and has all the toys, it's  a total testament to the previous owners that is so just in fabulous nick.

Point is I dropped on this with a few more miles on the clock, than others advertised and considerably more in price, but for anybody out there on the verge of buying a Boxster, history, history, history, is key , ideally at recognised specialists, but with a bucket ful of invoices to back up..........then you should not buy into the " get one but it will cost you 2k to make it right" Unless by preference you want to make your own improvements, but that would be your call dependant on purchase price. And a Forum member selling would always be first place to consider in my opinion?
