I bought something and they insisted on sending it by courier and charging accordingly despite my request for 2nd class post. If it is a slow moving item I've got Steve to waive postage on one occasion and to ship tow things together even though they say they don't. At the end of the day he is breaking cars and therefore needs to move parts so you could even try an offer. More common items are often listed a few times, so select the listing with the lowest price too. That said he probably won't thank me for revealing any of this....
