the baron
Finally got my bits from Eurocarparts and did a full service today and as an aside, I split open the oil filter which Ive never done before to check for metal flakes or bits of plastic and there wasn't a thing, it was as clean as a whistle, obviously the oil is dirty but no bits, so Im hoping for another 210k in the next few years. On the filter pic, the glistening bits is just the light on the oil, picture is not that good and it was under a spot light so I could really check it, as I say nice and clean. The car doesn't use a bit of oil, never has.

JohnSyn
Great weather for it! The lack of wear is incredible with the mileage but people keep saying Boxsters are bomb proof!

½cwt
@the baron, which Mobil oil is that you used, clearly not Mobil 1 as that would have been nearly the £100 on its own, is it what you usually use?
