Run up to high temp, indicated by the cooling fans kicking in which takes some time, with the car horizontal or slightly nose down and the bleed valve open, which is located under the panel that has the oil and water fillers.

Mine had just had a coolant change before I bought it. Kept burping for a couple of months before it stopped.

Just topped it up every now and then. It is a bit concerning as the bottle was nearly empty the first time. No leaks or piddling on the floor after runs and no overheating.

Just an awkward system.
