Brian B Posted November 18, 2020 Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 I'm selflessly researching nice Porsche and Boxster-related Christmas gift ideas that I can suggest to the family to buy for me 🤣 I'd quite like a nice die cast model matching my Boxster - a Basalt Black facelift 986 - for my desk I'm not looking for a museum piece and I don't want to suggest anything too expensive - maybe £30 limit? Also not too big - probably no bigger than 1:24 Shuco do 1:87 and 1:64 718S and 981S and Welly do a 1/87 987S but I'm struggling to find a reasonably-priced 986 model. Any recommendations? Also - in anticipation of lots of time spent indoors in the next few months - I'm thinking of returning to my boyhood hobby of plastic model building. Can anyone suggest a nice Boxster model - preferably a 986 but later models would be considered?
