swang
I noticed this on day 1, I thought it’s something can be turned up, but can’t find an option in the onboard computer. I guess there’s nothing I can do about it?

Pordave
Our cars are so old they had flippers otherwise known as trafficators when first designed.
Menoporsche
In my old Escort Mk2 kit this was made by the relay, no idea if it still is. if so you could replace yours with a Vauxhaull/Peugeot relay for novelty "PIC POC PIC POC" sound to make little passengers happy. Hate to rain on your parade, won't fit. There are 9 pins on the Porsche relay, and it is built into the 4 way hazard warning switch. You can however refit a VW additional reply to give 3 flash one touch indicators. Here's my How To:
Shazbot
I fitted a relay with a beeper, still don't always hear it due to being tucked away under the end of the dash and playing the likes of Lamb Of God too loud but has saved me a few times around town from making people in junctions thinking im turning in and them pulling out. Christopher2110
I remember reading somewhere it’s intentional because Porsche didn’t want anything to distract from the drive… Whether I believe it or not is another thing
BatKing996C4S
Is there differences between signal relays? my original I thought was pretty standard sounding compared to other cars I've driven, since I swapped it for an LED flasher relay to not get upset about my LED indicators it's basically silent but that doesn't bother me. Though I did see a similar thread some time ago in a 996 forum where someone mentioned I think a VW relay which is plug and play and does the same job just louder than the Porsche one. I'll respond if I find the details.
the baron
Just get new batteries for your hearing aid and switch up to max, that should do it 😂
