Got home and compared it with my old one and its not quite the same. Air intakes are different, as is the towing eye cover. Hopefully this doesnt mean it wont fit ? Grills from air intakes are missing, but I have mesh I can use, which will look ok and keep more of the rubbish out than the grills do. Top one 2003+ but it's missing the slats and black surround. Mesh can fit behind. If that all you got it will look a bit odd. edc Posted July 20, 2023 Report Share Posted July 20, 2023 You will need the slats as otherwise you will be left with those 2 ugly holes each side and then you will need the surround as the slats mount to the surround. Will contact the seller and see if he still has them first. Hopefully the side repeaters are the same on both too. Will probably have to try and sell it on and start again. Should have taken something from my car with me to compare, but got excited about it being for sale locally at what seemed like a reasonable price. I wish I had noticed and bought it from there instead of FB Marketplace. I might have had some chance of a comeback, as its described as 2000 - 2004. Porsche Boxster 2000-2004 Front Bumper £250 ONO | eBay I sent him a message asking if he could supply the paint code, but no response yet, and I dont really expect to get one. He is a paint sprayer by trade (and has done a nice job on the bumper) so should be able to provide the info if he could be bothered. Dont know if there are any other silver colours (particularly 03/04 facelift) ? Thanks for all the help and suggestions so far.
