jbow
Hello, any thoughts on how to remove the rusty elements you can see here, anything easy and simple? Thanks
iborguk
What do the inside faces of the disks look like ?
Paul P
as above - but if the inside faces are good then wire brush, then mask up the disk and spray with hammerite or your choice of one coat rust inhibitor/paint. But check it's worth the effort first. Edited August 30, 2023 by Paul P
½cwt
Discs can rust somewhat more on the inner friction faces as the guys above note. Anyway, Simples - Use it a bit more to wear these out and fit discs that come with a good dark grey/anthracite bell (like Brembo).
Patt
lightly sand ans spray a coat of paint - silver of black are the go to colours of choice. Don't worry about over spray - the first drive will remove the paint from the required part.
