Withy
I've missed the red seat belts in my 987 since I got my 981 (it was plain black belts from factory), so for Christmas my daughters got me the eBay guy re-web. I chose colour 7 from him and refitted them today. Very cool I must say, and as @Gedo spotted ages ago, such a small change really lifts the cabin somehow Link is below for the guy - first class service, very quick turnaround even at this time of year https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Custom-Seat-belts-Any-car-Many-colours-send-me-your-belts-to-be-rewebbed/27239630744

Greenman
Yeah it does lift the interior a bit, looks good, though wouldn’t go with my Blue car. Has anyone had belts done in a blue? I do wonder if a blue would work as well (or just look naf?)

Greenman
That silver looks great but I fear they would soon look grubby? Especially as mine is a daily driver.

Sure it wasn’t #17 perhaps?

Sure it wasn’t #17 perhaps? yup, positive - I got a 7 and 8 sent as samples (can get these here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Custom-Seat-belts-Any-car-Many-colours-order-colour-samples-of-webbing/282987890431?hash=item41e36486ff:g:YYcAAOSw0W5aHU-Z:rk:2:pf:0 £1.50 so you are sure). When you see the sample for 7, you'll see that the colour representation in the eBay listing is pretty bad. I was pleasantly surprised with the colour which 7 came through as in reality - I'd say almost identical to the real Guards Red ones I had in my

I was a bit daunted to be honest as I was a bit nervous about taking them out. I used this guide and made sure that I had the right tools (must get the spline /triple square socket - I got this one from Amazon https://www.planet-9.com/981-diy-discussion/225177-seatbelt-removal-swap-diy-981-718-boxster-cayman.html The post above is a bit cr@p as you can't really get the pictures, but if you register on planet-9.com you can see some low res pics and zoom them out a bit) https://www.planet-9.com/members/t-design-14055-albums-seatbelt-change-981-718-diy.html some of them are clickable and some aren't. The important one for me wasn't clickable - there are little orange tabs which disconnect the seatbelt sensors, they need to be pried up then the yellow connectors just pull off (excuse quality, this is pinch/zoom from a Mac and a screenshot)
