There is a big mark up on cars at the moment. I have been following a B3 Alpina - sold via forum for £2k now on Ebay for £10k. It all depends on what someone will pay for it. If they attract people in the first place, I'm sure a decent discount would secure a sale, people like the idea of buying from dealers, and this garage appear to have set themselves up a specialists, anyone approaching them would assume they know the cars well and if the are priced high, the car must be good right? But when the time came to buy a fast practical comfort oriented big engine auto saloon in the same price bracket it's hard to look past the same era V8 AMGs.
