Nice car but strong price

58k miles! Its not been used! Low mileage cars command big money, but often have problems due to misuse.

There is a big mark up on cars at the moment. I have been following a B3 Alpina - sold via forum for £2k now on Ebay for £10k.

It all depends on what someone will pay for it. But i like the fact that Boxsters are being advertised for this much.

and dealers/garages that are now specialising in the analogue early Boxsters. However there is a lot of over priced tat out there with many chancers overstating the modern classic angle, but as time goes by those genuine cars with good original spec and strong histories will be increasingly sought after

Wow, wonder if they actually sell at that price.

Probably not but if you aim for the stars you may hit the moon, if you aim for the moon you'll probably hit Barnstaple.

£9k,

On the face of it yes, but this is North Devon and cars are pretty much always more expensive down here, even for run of the mill stuff.

If they attract people in the first place, I'm sure a decent discount would secure a sale, people like the idea of buying from dealers, and this garage appear to have set themselves up a specialists, anyone approaching them would assume they know the cars well and if the are priced high, the car must be good right? ;)

I wish them good luck, I hope they drive prices up!  :)

Thanks Rav.

Looks like an awful lot of motor at £2k. Very cool.

Would much rust-work have been required?

Cheers, Baggers.

I always fancied an Alpina. But when the time came to buy a fast practical comfort oriented big engine auto saloon in the same price bracket it's hard to look past the same era V8 AMGs.
