Anything out there thats cheaper by more than 10 % max wont be Genuine

Not sure of the difference, the badge I was quoting for is 99755921102

The underlay is the same part number at £3.96 and the nut part numbers are different.

I've never had non-genuine parts from De Roure.

I'm quite surprised there isn't an Ali Express version for a fiver, like the bargain wheel centre caps we see all the time on here...

It's your lucky day😁 Not too sure about the quality mind.

Maybe better to buy the cheapie, that way you won’t feel so peed off if it were to get nicked like the VW bonnet badges used to be.
Big difference in price and on an oldie it’s a good % of its value.

WBAC won’t even offer a price on my car, so an £80+ badge?
NO CHANCE MY CARS NOT THAT VAIN

Take a look on the Porsche website, there is a whole section on the detail that goes into the badge making process. They are clearly fanatical about it, hence the high cost for the bonnet and wheel crests. They are high quality parts.

You need to remove the broken studs from the bonnet and then the old badge can be glued/taped/bonded back on easily enough

8mm socket up from inside the bonnet while you hold the broken studs with pliers

I have deliberately built a relationship with the parts manager at my local OPC and they have never failed to give 10% or in a couple of cases more. That is without any club affiliations.

Be nice, make it look like you know what you are about and show you are an enthusiastic Classic owner seems to be the basis to work on.

Or just stroll in wearing crocs like @rowbos and they'll take pity on you
