EXY
Any wonder you lost it, the steering wheel is on the wrong side. Living to fight another day is the important part
red rocket
Ouch; the results look really nasty! Shame abiout the car but at least you came through it.
Menoporsche
Oww! Ah well, another yellow off the streets Anyway, you're OK, and back New one is a 987.1 I think, rather than a .2?
Paul P
The car did it's job when it mattered the most. Glad you are OK. Shame though, that was a pretty car.

Menoporsche
You too? Hadn't realised it was happening in North America also. There's a separate discussion here about how people are strangely receiving offers for their cars more than they paid two years ago - an odd situation for most of us. The upside is that the insurance company gave me substantially more than I paid a year ago since the evaluation was based on the market price at the time of the accident!
Wish
Sorry to hear of your accident. The car stood up well considering. Love the direction to camera. Do you have a clip of going into the bend and loosing it on the exit ? I would be interest to see what kind of speeds we are talking.
Newhart
I wasn't filming at the time of the accident. Coming out of turn six,I would normally be doing about 140 km/h.
Araf
Love the new car colour combo of Midnight and Sand (I think) but the red calipers clash with the orange discs.

Those special edition disks can be fixed quickly enough 🤭 @Newhartas other's have said, glad the previous car did it's job and well done on moving onto your new one.

McDonald
If people keep writing them off, Boxters will get rarity value.
Ninesomething
I didn't think it was possible to lose the back on exit. I'm obviously not trying hard enough.....

Ninesomething
I don't. The great thing about this car is it's ability to be steered through corners on the throttle which I always do. The tyres slip a little bit but I'm talking road driving so I have the PSM on. Mind you mine is a 2.7 so it might not have the torque to get really seriously sideways.... myfirstboxster
Good to see you're OK , better to hit tyre walls rather than trees !
Newhart
Yes, wouldn't want to hurt any trees! 😄
