Pebisit
Hi all, let me introduce myself, I'm a total petrol head who spends his life in trouble with the wife after continually buying car after car, I currently have 4 as well as 2 bikes and am lucky enough to have owned some of the most fantastic cars made in the last 30 years but have never actually owned a Porsche, being ala Mr Clarkson in never really getting the 911. However, after rather a lot of test driving of various cars in a bid to replace my SLK with something a little more exciting that fitted with the rest of my cars, I've ended up with this. To say I'm a bit chuffed is an understatement, especially as I went to look at a completely different car but noticed this and just fell in love. Looking forward to getting out to a few meets in my local area (Bedford) I've already started playing with it and expect I'll most likely mod it as tend to do, allbeit quite lightly. Pebisit
Thanks for the amazing welcome, got a thing about blue cars. Here's a couple of my other toys, I grew up amongst fast Fords, my dad always had Capri's and when I was young and I used to navigate for his friend in a Mk 1 Escort Mexico in Rally's so have a rather soft spot for RS's, the mini was my daughters and when she came to sell it I bought it off her as a bit of a project to bring back to life, it's coming round nicely. Re the question about where I live, I'm just outside Ampthill, near Bedford Re the question on Alpina's, here's my other car which is my pride and joy that I've owned for 10 years and can't ever ever see me selling. I'll check the date out re the run out, thanks again !!!!!!
