Excellent, you followed my recommendations for your personal taste. 😄

Did you remember to ask if they could make the an*l cavity a third normal size?

Replaced tail lights for the GTS style variant.

Much better look as the original on a Guards red was just a little to much red.....very pleased.

paid £375 new from Germany (actually I think it might of been an OEM supplier in Poland)

@daz05.....I'm also planning on replacing the rear anti roll bar for the stiffer X73 after watching your vid 👍🏽....

Its booked in with CPS for a PSE retro fit in March, so I've  added this little job to the list......

I'll report back on how I find it

Hi Daz

May I pick your brain...( tried to p.m. you but you may have a full mailbox)

My independent specialist Cotswold Porsche, have asked or stated the below re. the X73 anti roll bar.

"The only uncertainty is that the kit is based on -20mm.  The drop links are the same, so this would make me think the ARB is a different shape to account for the lower suspension.  Do you want to mull this over?".

My car is a non PASM....do you think this could be a problem for my car?

 thanks for your help Simon

My understanding is that the bars are the same shape the only difference I noted was that the mounting points are thicker and the bar was solid rather than hollow Schnell certainly don't stipulate any limitations.

I guess they are worried that it may not fit but from my experience and the research I have done it should all bolt right up.

Will be interested in how you get on villaman, my car is non-PASM too (manual). Was mulling over this a while back and had a booking with Centre Gravity for a road tune and to discuss an X73 arb with them, but lockdowns haven’t made it possible yet.

Have to say if I didn't have pasm I would probably be tempted to get the full x73 package fitted, yes it would hurt the ride but it looks so good and the car would handle really nicely.

Interestingly I was reading a thread on Planet 9 last night where this was being discussed in detail .

I put the full x73 kit on mine last year.

I wouldn't say it's really heart the ride, although with the 19" winter tyres its a tad bouncy at times.

There is an special OEM alignment especially for the X73 kit - with or without sports chrono too.

I had mine fitted in August by Revolution, although I would imagine that your issue now would be Porsche shipping the kit over the channel.

I've had some 3D printed prototype anti wind buffeting triangles delivered today. so going to fit and test when the weather is nice enough and see if they work. If they do maybe a bit of fettling on them to finalise !

Was it favourable for the x73 conversion? Was thinking of doing this but the Porsche Tequipment catalog no longer states a price. It was £2600 last year but since leaving the EU the prices have been removed and what with my recent purchase that had increased substantially I dread to guess the price now. Probably North of 3k.
