I must have forgotten to post it on here. Its one of the x4 early uk cars that had very high specs, for sale at one of the most respected Indy’s so i expect it to be spot on quality wise or they not have touched it. After a succession of previous boxsters which includes two 986 3.2 s manuals followed by a 987.2 pdk(high miler)then on to a 986 manual anniversary ive finally arrived at CliveH’s black edition!What a car! Clives additions add an extra dimension to what is already an amazing car leaving me not much room other than maintain it to a good standard and drive it.Clive’s mods(on top of a high spec)include full spyder suspension with recent hunter alignment,spyder exhaust with carnewal mod(exhaust tone is perfect with no drone at all).Gt3 throttle body and plenum and a lightweight gel battery.Gt2 carbon backed buckets with heating which are the best seats I’ve sat in by far!Spyder door pulls/gear shifter/side intakes and front bumper spats. it’s a return to a car that I just want to jump in and drive for no particular reason(not really felt this since lotus Elise days)the whole driving experience being a real pleasure.The Bose sound inside is really good,with Apple CarPlay adding a more modern touch.Downsides are it’s black which messes with my ocd,but being garaged eases the pain a little!A few minor imperfections here and there which will get sorted in due course👍🏻.Already sanded back/restored the front and rear lights ready for ppf applying next week and an immediate minor service with specialist Porsche euro was undertaken after picking the car up.Looking forward to many runs out hopefully when the sun shines👍🏻 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've seen several supposed BE's on AT which don't look right. In some cases I suspect it's a con and in others probably non Porsche specialists who don't know enough. Jonttt Posted April 9 Author Report Share Posted April 9 (edited) #249 added to the register The only thing I'm unsure of re its spec as its not included in the desciption nor can I see the sensors on the only rear shot is rear park assist. I have therefore assumed that it does not have it. I think its a good price from a respected porsche indy with new discs, pads and tyres all round + what looks like a good detail including headlights and the spyder alloys, paint etc.......
