Annual spring time clay bar, followed by a coat of Poor Boys black hole and Nattys wax for the car today. Still zero stone chips on the bonnet and front bumper since the respray... mind you I have probably only done 2,000 miles since they were painted 😆😬

Will probably give it another coat of wax later in the week & I will also condition all the leather interior (thats the seats, door cards, centre console surrounds, speedo binnicle and dashboard) 😁

Still not found anything better for Black cars than Poorboys Glaze and Nattys wax is really good stuff and so easy to apply and buff - i did the wife's X6 with blackhole at the weekend and it really gives a lovely deep colour.

That looks deep enough to swim in,

I misread your post above and couldn't believe you subjected your wifey to that sort of treatment

Leather all cleaned and conditioned this morning. All looking great for an 83,000 mile interior!

Yes, I know the floor has not been vacuumed, that gets done last!

Just for @Mattman42 I think it might have been something in the photo. Went out this morning with the cleaning kit and scrubbing brush and all good

Picked it up last night after the wheels were refurbished. I was glad to give back the 1.0 litre Polo that did 0-60 in 11 seconds!

Washed it today and gave the tyres a bit of slick conditioning as they were looking a bit dull

You mean for the window seal? Funnily enough I did look at the cost of replacing it but the new part is over £900! How do they justify that!

Any links to the flocking kit mentioned?

Just go on e bay and type it in they come in several sizes,  you don’t need much and as I said it’s very effective

One of mine was bald on the 987.2

i gave it a new syrup using a similar kit. Not perfect but much better than it originally looked.

When I’ve done them , I sanded them back lightly, and they came up as new
